Basically dragged the price all the way from 10 cents to raise at 6 cents with 2 for 1 option. Almost an effective raise of 4 cents. Add to that there is nothing for loyal shareholders who have held before these people were appointed..

This is one of those worst deals where the broker makes all the money and the SH get shafted.. Will look for an exit on a very sizable holding...
