The sell volume that is available looks to be orchestrated to allow acumulation sub 2 cents, someone willing to sell a few in order to keep buying at a cheaper price. Have formed that opinion over a number of weeks but in any case with positive news if the supply is artificial at this level then where should we be trading not sub 2 cents I'm guessing.
