The Directors have the option of issuing the shortfall shares at a MINIMUM of .03c however they now have the opportunity to issue at a higher price.
If they issue at say .06c or higher they will raise a minimum of M$1.27 which will be enough to keep the lights on for now.
I thought yesterday’s announcement was solid however I am still optimistic that Mt Sholl will offer the better discovery option.
