not sure if anyone does this if the account is in the red. ?
for example- you have 500k shares are 5 cents. The price then drops to 3 cents. Would you buy say another 200k at 3 cents shares to bring the average down to around 4 cents(thereabouts) . Then when the share price fluctuates to 4 cents. Sell the same value($) which you used to buy the 200k shares. Makes sense? So in effect u have lowered the average share price using $ just by buying n selling at one price( say 4 cents) the only expense here is the broker commission.
