250k in the first year is under due diligence.
The jv partner also has to do 3000m of drilling.
If they walk in due diligence, Rdn has gotten 3000m and 250k cash for free.
The 3000m of drilling is worth 1.5m roughly if most is DD.. So 1.75m to look.
That's free exploration in the first year.
I doubt Rdn touches Mt sholl for quiet a few years as the money they have, potentially have, would cover maybe 20% of li drilling at best.
