As long as we do not have a high level of foreign ownership from China, Russia, etc., this is a great way to open the US funding door!
Nonetheless, this is excellent news! Once this is finalised, the SP will move. It looks like it will be announced around the same time as heritage/drill approvals will be announced.
The first half of next year will see a sharp incline in the SP given our drills are good (With the soil samples and rock chips, I don't see why not).
We are cashed up and now have a non-dilutive income stream to further our drilling campaign at about the time when our cash tank will be nearing empty!!!
