Though it does send another message to the Chinese, Middle East and Europe by providing 'official' confirmation via an ASX annoucement that another brick in the infrastructure solution wall is being cemented in place. The Boards of SOEs and large smelters need these annoucements in place to be able to sign off on funding to either invest, buy or secure offtake.
