    re: Ann: Railway Funding Agreement Signed on ... banksy88, the benefication process is a tried and true method of upgrading lower quality ore. The obvious draw back is that OPEX costs are much higher, due to the work that needs to be done to get the IO to that 63-67%. EQX will want to concerntrate purely on it's DSO resource because much, much less needs to be done with that product before sale, which means lower OPEX and higher margins. Once the cash is flowing into the coffers from I suspect management will continue drilling other targets in the area for DSO and think about expanding operatins to include benefication plants if there is a large enough magnetite/itabirite resource.

    The key is getting that DSO operation up and running and getting the cash flow going. When cash flows are positive, there is no need to dilute the company any further through CR's, and we will be able to use that money for whatever management see fit. (Drilling, T/O's, expansion of infrastructure etc).
