I particularly like about today's announcement that the wanted to raise $15m and raised $21m = 40% oversubscriptions and it was tightly placed with insto's and sophisticated shareholders.
Newsflow will continue with this stock and I expect that before 2011 is out we will see another resource upgrade with similar reaction to the previous one (i.e.: underpromise and overdeliver).
IRD now have a VERY good reputation for underpromising and overdelivering (resource upgrade, PFS and now cap raising).
Other catalysts are:
- offtake agreement
- partner for financing (may be the same as the offtake partner?)
- Once they have this secured they will start the BFS.
If you own stock then you're in good company:
- Sentient ~30%
- Columbia ~5.4%
- Duke ~ 5%
- management >10%
- At least another 10% of the stock is VERY tightly held.
