this is a capital raise, but the dilution will not come for a couple of years. prices are 12 cents for noble and 10 cents for Blackstone etc. plus the same amount of option each at the same prices.

The deal does however come with a small off take agreement which will likely see the price go a bit higher today.

Took my money off the table yesterday at 13 so this news has no bearing on me now.
