1. The run to .12 is explained by todays ann. Big insto push. Smelled like it, now we know.
2. We will likely see distribution at .12 as posted.
3. Valuations are at .10 to .12
4. To me, that puts the tender range in the 40 to 50% on SP return level, otherwise a lot given away too soon.
5. trading opportunity .10 to .12
