By my back of an envelope calculations post consolidation our register should comprise of roughly 160m ordinary shares and approx 115m oppies.
Now if these 115m options get in the money that represents approx $35m to LOM once exercised.
Autosime and co, you are taking this $35m into consideration aren't you when you continually argue the point of massive dilution?
I may have these figures wrong so happy to be corrected.
