re: Ann: Raising up to $US17.5m to fast track... I don't think Aussies know where any banks are...they ALWAYS issue shares. LOL! But I agree, 11.75% divi is pretty high for pref. shares. Hopefully they don't need to issue shares to pay for the divi (LOL!). They probably went the easiest route to obtain financing and Ptolemy was willing to play ball. *SHRUG*
In the end, let's hope it works out for everyone.
