I believe this is an opportunistic offer given that Rakon is on the bottom of its trading cycle. I believe in the past there were several similar offers put forwards. Unfortunately, they did not disclose the party putting forward the offers this time. Given that Rakon is in the AI and Air space industry, I believe they will do very well in the years to come.
