Yeah sure. Until RMS made another 'deal' with another 'EXU' down the track in this stupid fashion. RMS blinked in this staring contest. They should be in the stronger position, but they just folded. If they were better at this M&A game, they would have offered the 2c straight rather than saying they couldn't improve further. The only people looking back fondly will probably be the ex-EXU shareholders like yourself, if they still hold.
If they had given the 2c to their own shareholders, the share price alone might be enough to push the deal through. The people in charge of this M&A are definitely not good enough.
