I'm an EXU shareholder. I think both RMS and EXU directors know there are many more ounces to be proved up to resources in EXU's ground (at Mace, Tampia and other anomalies).EXU shareholders would be silly to vote for the Alkane funding now that RMS have improved their offer. Am looking forward to being an RMS shareholder with continued exposure to EXU's exploration ground.
