Yes I agree that RMS are better operators than deal makers, but this is why I intend to hold once this deal gets up. The market has spoken this morning and the RMS SP is down slightly and EXU up significantly which says most agree this is a good deal for both sides and will almost certainly get up.
Most mergers or takeovers are a losing deal for both sides, but I think in this case at this price this could be one of the exceptions. I will be interested to see what the EXU board says.
