RMS has paid overs a bit for some of their assets ... relatively small assets and that was OK
(BRB may turn out to be the exception )
what you are talking about would be a big expense and RMS would need to get the numbers right and not be generous ...or I for one wouldn't be happy with them*
Need to find a seller willing to play ball , and if they are being too hard to get ....just to walk away
not too many ready to roll projects that are on the market ... that RMS would actually want ...at the price RMS will be willing to pay

if it doesn't happen I can live with waiting for Reb/Roe
or maybe they can source substantial ore from somehwere for EM though it might be getting to be a long shot
