And a cheap carrot, 101. Even if all MGV shares were converted into RMS shares by the dividend cut-off date it would only up the purchase price for Musgrave by $2.8m. Similar to stories I've heard from real estate agents where throwing in a couple of hundred dollars worth of potted plants is enough to swing a house deal.
