I can't wait to see what happens when the price of gold in AUD hits 4000. All those doomsayers talking about the likes of RMS, SLR amongst others, that are saying they're facing resource issues are going to get eaten.
$4000 gold is going to unlock so much gold that the re-rates are going to be mind-boggling, not to mention the the cash flow which will accompany a $4000 gold price, and then wait until we hit $6000 by the end of 2026. And don't laugh:
Since 1971 breaks in gold above double or triple tops to new ATH's has, in over 50% of those instances resulted in greater than 100% gains in price. And the longer the consolidation before breaking through to a new ATH, the greater the move that follows, with 1 resulting in a 347% rise and 1 a 335% rise.
Gold from August 2020 witnessed the greatest consolidation ever. So a doubling to USD4000 (AUD6000, at current exchange rate), may prove conservative.
I can't wait to see what happens when the price of gold in AUD...
