Correct me if I'm wrong here.
Comparing SBM results to RMD
SBM market cap 2.658B RMD 377.2M
Forward guidance. Cant find that for SBM but they produced 187,792 ounces at a Group All-in Sustaining Cost1 of A$1,008 per ounce
RMD forward guidance 190 - 210koz at an AISC A$1,150 – 1,250/oz. Which is more mined but cost is more as well.
SBM net profit down 22%
RMD net profit down 65%
The reason they give is lower grades for Mt Magnet but also add Grades are expected to increase at Mt Magnet overthe remainder of the 2019 financial year as the projects developed during this half-year reach steady state production.
I think the best is yet to come with some serious catchup to SBM over the remainder of 2019
I did some more shopping this morning on a nice pullback and have a good parcel just under .5 average
