Hey Triage.
I am assuming they would build a 3mtpa+ plant at Rebecca, for the base load supply (1-1-1.2g/t ish).
Then truck the higher grade open pit (and later U/G), to the plant from BRB main pit.
i.e 80-90k p.a from Rebecca for 8+ years.
Then everything on top is from BRB.
My very very.... basic assumptions is that the trucking costs would be 0.2/0.3g/t. So still very healthy margins from BRBs deposit.
Regarding funding... RMS is going to have another $75m once the T/O goes through. Add in Penny and RMS will be able to fund Rebecca plant and Edna (though I still don't think that even at $2950 AUD, Stage 3 is viable (or makes their internal hurdles).
RMS can of course also use the $100m debt facility it has available, to assist with either development, or with future corporate action.
Having $350m+ liquidity is a pretty hefty amount to use.
I don't think they would attempt anything whilst they acquire BRB. Could happen quickly if enough major holders cave...
I think RMS like the area because they don't really have any competition. NST has bigger fish to fry, and SLR seem to have basically shut up shop in regards to anything to do with their W.A operations.
