    Small holder - I'm not angry just disappointed - love to have been a fly on the wall with the discussions - or did they hit the yes button because they know they can't get it up and running themselves?

    One thing for sure - this deal wouldn't have happened under Tom's management - not sure if that's a positive or a negative.
