prior to that point the target company remains a company with the bidder simply having a share and a proportional vote in the running of the comp[any
but of course 50% is effective control - RMS won't accept less it seems at present anyway
quite possible that RMS achieves something over 50% but not compulsary takeover ..... in that cse RMS doesn't pocket the cash but nor does BRB have access to RMS cash
all sorts of arrangements could be contrived in that circumstance to advance the project
