    No way. This is a ridiculous low ball offer.

    I am a top 20 shareholder, have done extensive DD on breaker and have no intention of signing onto this rubbish.

    Was reading the offer and thinking surely this excludes cash, but no. It seems that in reality our much vaunted fold project is worth a miserable 15cps.
