FWIW, for a scheme of arrangement 10% is not enough to block - need 20% - 25% depending on SH turnout to a vote. If e.g. WGX came after SPR they would try to use a SOCA and get board support. If RMS keep buying to get to 20% the price won't be at 90c for long. It's a funny position to put yourself in unless it is simply trying to bring the average price down when you know a premium will be required to secure the rest but you are committed to that? I don't hold RMS but I'd happily take RMS script (depending on the the price). Happy to be corrected? Thanks
