WGX only ever wanted SPR when they had the chance to put stray stockpiles thru WHEN the plant was running to make a quick buck and the tailings dam had 18 months of life left in it.
THREE of those valuable things are no longer there.-Stockpiles and RUNNING plant and Tailings dam capacity.
Other than that Gascoyne or SPR had no value back then and has NO current obvious synergies for WGX now.
However WHO? has just added 4.75% of SPR? - someone out to P...s off RMS maybe?
Who?????? has played/spoilt RMS plans and cost them TWICE so far and WON both times?????
DYOR + DYODD cheap at $25-$40m or so.Interesting the statement about "not planning a takeover at this time unless a third party changes things".
Is SPR a NO takeover part of the RMS/WGX confidential stand still agreement I have wondered openly for some time?
WGX quarterly will no doubt disclose whether WGX has again taken an interest in a RMS target to muddy the waters and with a plan collect more CASH from RMS shareholders in the future as they did with their MGV holding.$4m or so profit.
