@ozsurfer "RMS hunt for high grade"
With Never never producing high grade ore but not in sufficient quantity to fil the mill, has anyone run the numbers of trucking ore both ways? Bring the low grade Magnet ore to blend with Never never to optimise the Dalgaranga ore and send the trucks back with enough high grade ore to optimise the Magnet ore. Trucks run full both ways and both mills operate efficiently. Never heard of it being done before but it does seem possible.
