Can go mining under rms, sooner with more certainty, less risk and the upside isn’t smaller than going alone, IMO. Have you not noticed bdr, blk, gcy, try etc?
Anyway, most likely up the top 10 shareholders particularly the biggest shareholder if he’s happy to sell to rms
