I suggest you read the ALK proposal carefully.
After their initial investment of $8m
ALK can buy shares on market up to 19.9% and their options reduce accordingly.
Do you really think they are going to exercise the options @13c & 14c when they will be able to buy shares in EXU much cheaper on market.
If this occurs EXU will not receive the extra $7m. themselves.
