If EXU announce a trade finance deal for $120m in the next couple of weeks good luck to them. In that case RMS can pursue another opportunity with little lost. If another party coveted EXU they could have launched a bid themselves. All the talk of "not giving my stock away for under $0.25" by HC EXU lovers is generally from shareholders with <$10k holdings. The big players will give serious consideration to becoming a shareholder in a bigger and better RMS. EXU would need to have a pretty good story about where the money is coming from to become a producer.
