RMS overpaid for AOP, but... got a bargain with BRB. Evens out really.
The resource cost RMS approx $33 an ounce. Approx 1/20 the cost of Penny.
RMS will be sitting with perhaps $220m by June 30, excluding the large amount of Penny ore they will shove into the Mt Magnet plant.
Might see a cash build in excess of $30m (just a rough guess), which would see RMS sitting at a total of $250m.
While I have been critical of RMS in regards to Edna May and future capex RMS will need to do on multiple assets, including Rebecca/Lake Roe, RMS should look quite different by 2025 (potentially closing Edna, but.... starting up whatever they end up calling the new asset, with a lower cost profile).
Nice to have the deal wrapped up, so RMS can really start spruiking Rebecca and the upcoming update.
