The bottom of the indicated resource in that diagram is deeper than 400m.
Also I don’t known how you can estimate the strip ratio. If we had a picture of what the orebody is doing in a west-east section then maybe you’d have a chance. Also I don’t think it makes sense to mine higher grade portions of the deposit in an open pit situation. Esh
