This is another message to EXU- "We have money and have other options". RMS are not a desperate acquirer. MZ is acting very strategically contrary to some opinions.
I am very happy to see RMS converting their cash reserves to gold reserves.
I would be happy for RMS to introduce a cash component for the EXU offer as unlike some EXU shareholders I would not like a 20% dilution although 200% does not seem to phase EXU holders.
