Why do we need a capital raising?
$17mil in the bank at end of June
$45mil bank loan if needed during ramp up
Increasing sales with smaller monthly losses as we get closer to cashflow possitive 1q 13.Then we make money.
When the go ahead comes for our new lithium deposit i hope we do get offered some stock but by then the shareprice will be way higher.It also has financial backers which may mean a loan on favourable terms.
