I certainly hope that may be the case but she is culpable in the debacle that is WOW. Thodey gave her a lifeline and she may still be pulled back into the WOW Inquiry. All care no responsibility and little accountability for the mess she help develop at WOW. Beyond that, this CEO has had a stellar career with McKinsey designing PowerPoint slides. We saw example of that today with a typical cookie cutter McKinsey Presentation. Was this really the best RHC could do and what is needed right now? When the real need arises, like the former consultant Consultant Counterpart in Optus, powerpoint presentations wont cut it. I fear they will need to put a seasoned Healthcare Exec with solid operations background and he/she will truly understand the Paul Ramsay values. I have been with RHC for 11 years and current Board and their appointment of this CEO is a low point for us long term RHC/Paul Ramsay advocates. Lost all sense of what the company was created for, the value proposition and its core values.
