From recent report we appear close to positive margins if not quite there. That said, with premises sold ongoing rent costs will now also have to also be factored in.
seperately reporting has also implied we now at a competitive price point with timber pallets, which with the enviro benefits should insulate us from needing to drop our pants too much on price (although strong need to start landing big deals rums counter to that).
if only anecdotal, you post does make me realise that recent reporting has largely been devoid of 'cost cutting' discussion, with a pleasingly positive focus on sales.
optimistically makes me think RAN might be close to fighting weight. assuming this aligns with sufficient margin then interesting time ahead. if not 2 mill wont last us long.
