If RAN has indeed done this then yes, I would find it 'strange' that a phone call and an internal meeting (hearing) has not taken place in a timely manner and the issue closed off without fuss. And that RAN has not had the trading halt lifted.

As I have stated previously, I think that the evidence of the existence of the assets in question is for RAN to prove. But RAN never kept such records that met the minimum accounting standards, ASX listing standards and regulatory tax records.
The ITO and ASX employees are probably nice people just doing their jobs according to the letter of the law.

In order for this stand off to be settled and RAN to raise the necessary capital to size the business, then maybe they should offer the ITO a counter settlement. Time is money.
Feel free to call me out on any of the above where I have my facts wrong.

yes but i'm not sure this is hampering business, is it? you say time is money... but they are clearly getting on with business regardless of the impending ITO controversy. good to have it all sorted, but in meantime, didnt they state that they are continuing on, business as usual? hence the current large order and hopefully more to come
