Even more than that when you consider that they will have to add back all the training expense  and discount off the headline price of which may be offered on extended settlement terms. Really need to be very wary of headline numbers or simple multiplication by Recommended pricing as it will be heavily discounted IMO as they need turnover  with such a short dated product .  Yes they may play the game of show revenue this quarter and rebates show up next and try and disguise the actual sale price  but the big players know  and will be getting all the IMS data .  Only retail stock holders will be sucked in and it will only work for a pump and then if not sustained by bigger and bigger sales numbers 

Reality is that AVH have to fit in with the cycle of hospital board approval meetings ( many only quarterly or 6 monthly) and then into the cycle of introducing new product and new accounts etc.   They say they have  done some work and expect some early sales to existing users but not sure until we see the numbers just how much they can short circuit the usual process and what work they have done  elsewhere in the market.

Those headline sales prices for initial sales will be are hard one considering they want to change the pricing to existing users , hospitals and surgeons and that won't happen or will be rebated as these are the very people who supported them in trials etc.  They don't want to bite the hand that feeds them  especially if they want surgeons to continue to participate in further trials etc.
