    Great to get a confirmation on timelines.

    The 2023 date is more likely to be associated with the end of Incitech's GSA than LD desire to pump more gas.

    With the expected tightness in 2022, hopefully LD can negotiate an early start and an agreement on rebalancing with IPL at a later date.
