    It will take a fair while to produce decent gas flow from Range. They will have to dewater the wells and with fairly shallow coals and moderate permeability it will be a fairly slow ramp up.

    If IPL wants gas in 2023 they will definitely need to get the first wells online at least 12 months before that IMO.
