They are heading in the right direction. When they started, it was supercars like the Ford GT and exclusive Ferraris. Now, it's mid-level Mustangs, Corvettes and the high-end SUV market as well.
In time, I believe CBR can get to a point where they can be added to an EV to immediately extend range by XX kms and offer all of the already mentioned other benefits. CBR have announced they've already secured at least one EV OEM contract.
A Tesla contract would be ideal, and I think it will happen in time, if CBR survives. Holders should hound Elon on Twitter and ask him when the hell Tesla will offer a CF wheel option.
