For number 3 its more about joining the dots.
People know how much Oil is worth and can do the math but the acreage, which is the main strategy, no one really knows and for me that's why BRK SP is where it is today.
As Dan has said BRK is in the real estate business and that while maybe very profitable long term might be a little bit complicated for people to invest in right now.
