Working towards freehold. Freehold brk and use freed cash for something else. Derisking and diversifying. Bearing in mind there are other opportunities out there that could pay sooner than BRK. Other opportunities with less risk, like NAB or BHP. BRK doesn't hold the monopoly on making money, especially when it has proven it can't do that (over twelve months).
