Yes I don't think it is his job to go out and get the deal done - he would be paid a lot more if so! He is there to advise and approve executive actions. From our perspective - to ensure the execs are working to the best interests of all shareholders.

I've been hoping for binding offtake agreement announcements more so than expecting a financing agreement because I think that makes the latter more obtainable.
I can't see them able to come back to current shareholders for a raise without having made progress in this area because we need to see more before we commit more. RAP was good but a binding offtake would make me much more likely to participate in a raise that might form the bridge to get the remaining finance from debt.
