This is what it means to WKT investors the market has missed , it enables "CONSTRUCTION" to begin , the news delay is not managements fault , so what if early January turns to be late January , some pics of equipment being mobilized on site should fire up the WKT production rockets , the most advanced and profitable graphite project in Tanzania.
