The only reason it became apparent to me was via the CR8 experience & their management team greatly underestimating the time taken to integrate their APIs into their customers web portals / platforms.

Regarding your specific question regarding the initial launch, RAP management have maintained for the last 18 months they want to initially launch via telehealth providers "to reach millions quickly" (they have used this quote in many investor presentations)

I'd suggest going to slide 12 of their last investor presentation slide. This "commercialization slide" has been used throughout their listed life & the dark blue column ("TELEHEALTH") is their first priority.
