I think stoked would definitely be a reasonable word.

6th July 2023 - users pass 80,000 "Hitting 80,000 is a great achievement and we expect to be at 90,000 during July, and over 100,000 by the end of the calendar year" Already surpassed before end of July

14th July 2023 - users pass 90,000 "Based on the current rate of growth, the Company expects to have over 110,000 registered users on the platform by the end of the year". Already at 100,000 and 110,000 will likely be hit before mid August 2023.

Maybe they are being conservative with forecasting but they have absolutely smashed initial targets over the course of three weeks and look to smash the revised user target with a significant part of the year left. I'd be stoked.
