Entered today. Went through Tuffin's history on LinkedIn. He looks like he's a pretty experienced operator and the right guy for the job. Company in that sweet spot of 2-3 years (no old, disgruntled holders with lots of overhead resistance but enough history FA and TA wise to find its feet). Director skin in the game and a small float, with the Top 20 holding over 60pc. Gold production and exploration upside has allowed for a good risk/reward trade here. Tiny market cap.
