I have also received information that the MRA are poorly organised and pretty slack. Actually, this fact is pretty well known.

I would suggest that FNT have adopted the policy that, provided the Tolukuma landowners are happy and FNT are continuing to fullfill all of the MRA's tenement holders obligations and requirements (which seems to be the case), unless FNT hear from the MRA that their Tolukuma EL2531 tenement will not be renewed, it is business as usual for FNT and the MRA at Tolukuma EL2531.

Of course, there is also the distinct possibility that the MRA is waiting for the Lole Mining deal to be finalised, before providing an official update for the entire Tolukuma area, which will probably also include the areas that FNT had to previously give up, which will now be listed as one or more new tenements (see my earlier post).
